I've got a huge stack of essays I have to grade today -- so I don't have time for a big long blog psot today (or a long SynCast, for that matter). But I did whip up a show for today, just to keep up every week. Tune in again next week -- I'll be doing a comprehensive overview of political rap music. Special thanks to Yonk for doing the vocals on one of those tracks there.

Also a big shout out to my lady Diane, who had a birthday this past week -- last night we went for sushi and bowling to celebrate. (Not many people know this, but bowling was a traditional counterpart to sushi meals during the Edo period in Japan.)
